One Wagging Tail Away From Stealing Your Heart 🤗💖

Sadie, the most affectionate Staffy X, arrived in our care recently as a stray. We don’t know her age, but we think she is less than a year old. From the moment she arrived it became very clear that she had one mission – to make friends with absolutely everybody she met! 

 

Sadie’s tail never stops wagging and her favourite thing is a game in the field, followed closely by cuddles on the sofa. As long she has your undivided attention, she is a happy girl. She already knows how to sit, so someone out there gave her a start. She’s bright and eager to learn, so training this girl is going to be an absolute joy. 

 

As we don’t know anything of Sadie’s history, we have been monitoring her interactions with other dogs carefully. Although she generally walks well on the lead, she can be reactive to other dogs and so we have muzzled trained her to keep her and other dogs safe. We are hoping that, following structured training, she will be able to be walked without a muzzle.

 

We are looking for an adult-only, pet-free home for Sadie, ideally in a rural area where she won’t encounter too many other dogs when out and about. To begin with Sadie must always be walked on her lead wearing her muzzle, so we are looking for experienced and understanding new owners who will be prepared to do this.  

 

She doesn’t need much. A cosy sofa and a garden to tear around in and, most importantly, someone who’ll let her be their snuggle partner and their reason to smile every morning.
