Meet Jasmine!
Meet Jasmine: The Happy-Go-Lucky Girl Looking for Her Forever Family 🤗😍

Jasmine, the most beautiful German Shepherd X, came into our care recently as a stray. She was born in May 2025, so she is just a baby and she is playful, affectionate and brimming with enthusiasm.

From the moment she arrived at the kennels it became very clear that Jasmine really is a people person! She greets everybody she meets as if they are her very best friend in the whole world and her main aim in life is to receive fuss and attention.

Jasmine loves going out for walks and she is happy in the company of other dogs. In fact, we think she would thrive with a canine companion in her new home. Although she doesn’t pull badly on the lead, she is a strong and energetic girl. With a little bit of training in her new home we are sure that she will be walking beautifully in no time. She is very eager to please and will often stop on a walk to look back at you, so we are confident that she will be a joy to work with.

As Jasmine is such a friendly girl we are confident that she can live with children. As with any exuberant young dog, she does still like to leap up in greeting. Whilst this is pure enthusiasm rather than anything else, we think that slightly older children or children who are used to living with a bigger dog, would be an idea fit.

Are you ready to welcome this big cuddle monster into your life? All that is needed is a lot of energy for outdoor adventures and a big Jasmine sized sofa for lots of love and cuddles.

ADOPTION PROCESS

We have a number of animals in our care. Most are homeless through no fault of their own and are looking for furever homes and owners who can give them the love and attention they deserve.

Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with our adoption process:

Step 1:

The animal is admitted into our care, and assessed by our team.

Step 2:

The animal is examined by a vet, who treats any ailments or injuries.

Step 3:

The appropriate team leader will liaise with the potential adopter to get to know them and assess whether they are a potential purr-fect match.

Step 4:

The potential new owners meet the animal, and decide if they want to adopt. New owners may be asked to visit the animal several times before the adoption takes place.

Step 5:

A pre-adoption home visit will then be made to new owners home to meet the members of the household and to ensure that the environment is safe.

Step 6:

If the visit goes well, you will be asked to collect the animal and to make an adoption donation (amount on request) as well as to sign an agreement to care for the pet with a commitment to return them to us if you can't continue to do so.
